About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage our guards at client premises. You will be the link between our clients and our security team, making sure every post is staffed, alert and following the agreed protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and roster security guards across assigned sites
- Conduct regular site visits and surprise checks
- Brief guards on site-specific instructions and emergency procedures
- Maintain attendance, incident and visitor records
- Coordinate with clients and report issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security services, ideally in a supervisory role
- Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi; English is a plus
- Ability to handle shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills
- Clean background record
